JS Restaurant Group is a family-owned and operated hospitality company founded by siblings Nube, Vicente, and Kleber Siguenza, representing over two decades of culinary excellence across Connecticut.
Since opening their flagship Cava Wine Bar & Restaurant in New Canaan in 2004, the Siguenza family has expanded to operate nine distinctive dining destinations throughout Fairfield County and beyond, including Scena Wine Bar in Darien, multiple Harvest Wine Bar and South Bay locations.
Known for their award-winning wine programs, farm-to-fork philosophy, and innovative menus that blend Italian, Mediterranean, and contemporary American influences, JS Restaurant Group has earned recognition including Gold Coast Awards and consistent praise from The New York Times.
